1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MindBlitz Games, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you are using the App on behalf of a child, you (the parent/guardian) are responsible for their compliance with these Terms.

2. Eligibility

MindBlitz Games is intended for a general audience. There is no minimum age requirement to play, but if you are under the age of 18, you should use the App under the guidance of a parent or guardian, particularly regarding in-app advertisements.

3. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use MindBlitz Games on any Android device that you own or control, strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Distribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense the App or its content
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Attempt to bypass, hack, or manipulate the App's advertising or scoring systems

4. Intellectual Property

All content within MindBlitz Games — including but not limited to game design, graphics, logos, sounds, code, characters, and the MindBlitz Games name and branding — is the exclusive property of MindBlitz Games and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights to any part of the App.

5. No User Accounts

MindBlitz Games does not require account registration or login. All gameplay data (scores, progress, settings) is stored locally on your device and is your responsibility to back up. We are not liable for loss of game progress due to app uninstallation, device change, storage clearing, or device malfunction.

6. Advertisements

The App displays third-party advertisements served through Google AdMob to support free access to the App. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Ads may appear during gameplay (banner, interstitial, or rewarded video ads)
• We do not control the specific content of ads shown by AdMob's ad network
• Clicking on ads may redirect you to third-party websites or app stores, over which we have no control or responsibility
• Ad behavior is also governed by our Privacy Policy

7. No In-App Purchases

MindBlitz Games currently does not offer any in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid features. The App is entirely free to use, supported by advertising.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

MindBlitz Games is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses/bugs
• Any specific results will be achieved from using the App
• The App will be compatible with every Android device or OS version

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MindBlitz Games and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of gameplay progress, device damage, or any damages arising from third-party advertisements, resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services (Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics) which operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services. Please review:

11. Updates and Modifications to the App

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such changes.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, features, or legal requirements. The updated Terms will be posted here with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the App, other users, or third parties.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
